Primary Care Solutions (PCS) was established in 2014 and is a dynamic company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our Government, Military, and Civilian clientele. Headquartered in Dallas, Texas, PCS provides high quality management and professional services to our customers. PCS is a certified Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and Small Business Administration (SBA) Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
Primary Care Solutions has earned The Joint Commission’s Gold Seal of Approval and is one of only two CBOC providers in the country to hold The Joint Commission’s blanket accreditation for Ambulatory Care. This means any CBOC we open and operate will automatically be accredited by The Joint Commission on its opening day.
Our leadership team is comprised of Service-Disabled Veterans and Clinicians dedicated to providing exceptional care and patient experience for our Nation’s Heroes. All of our service-connected disabled Veteran leadership personally use the VA Healthcare System. Many of our associates have Veterans in their families or are Veterans themselves, resulting in an individual commitment to providing superior customer service.

The executive team wanted a way to give back to the Veteran community where our CBOCs are located, so we created Hero’s Hangout in partnership with People Uplifting People In Life (P.U.P.I.L.) a 501, (c) (3) non-profit organization. Hero’s Hangout is a recreational and resource center for Veterans to come together and share the same camaraderie with other Veterans. At Hero’s Hangout, Veterans are provided educational resources in health, technology, workforce development, and recreational activities. Veterans are also provided help in house repairs, or general help with situations that present throughout life. Recently, Hero’s Hangout provided a Veteran a brand new hot-water heater after not having one for three years. This is just one example of PCS living the creed of, “Veterans helping Veterans everyday”.
