PCS was founded by and is privately owned by a minority, Service-Disabled Veteran who previously worked at the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and currently receives their personal medical care from the Veterans Healthcare Administration (VHA). Our leadership team is primarily composed of veterans or spouses of veterans who also choose to receive their personal medical care from the VHA. This is what sets PCS apart from our competitors.

Our leaders and their family members simultaneously experience the care VHA delivers to its patients while also serving as business partners to the VA. When combined with the fact that PCS’s diverse leadership team of healthcare operations managers, nurse executives, and seasoned business professionals have a combined total of over 110 years of CBOC Staffing, Outpatient Clinic Operations, and Government Contract Management experience, it creates a truly unique team of people capable of consistently delivering exceptional healthcare outcomes and empathetic patient experience to our veterans.
